Customer Care
All puppies will be up to date on vaccines before going home. While they will be up to date for their age, this does not mean they are fully vaccinated. Your puppy will need to have their final round of vaccines at 12 weeks of age including a rabies shot. This will be your responsibility to keep up with their vaccinations and ensure they receive their final shots BEFORE they are allowed to go to parks, shops, and/or interact with unfamiliar animals.
Should your puppy contract an illness (including but not limited to internal parasites) before they are fully vaccinated due to being let outside and/or around unfamiliar animals or wildlife (and while this is very common and your breeder will be here to assist you on what steps to take) the medical care will be the responsibility of the puppy's new family.
Privacy & Safety
For the safety of the little ones, we do not allow visits to our location. Harmful illnesses such as Parvovirus and various intestinal parasites can be walked into a building on the bottom of anyone's shoe! With such easily contracted sicknesses running amuck, we have careful procedures in place to ensure the continuing good health of the puppies and adult dogs in our care. We're more than happy to video chat with you and your pup and provide frequent updates until your new furry friend is home with you. We thank you for your understanding. ❤️
Deposits
Please note all deposits are non-refundable and may be refunded on a case-by-case basis at the breeder's discretion. Should the breeder deem the home unfit to raise a puppy, the breeder may at any time terminate the transaction.
